About KellyA lifetime resident of the Vancouver Area, Kelly began her real estate career in a sales capacity in the early 2000s with Polygon Homes, one of Vancouver’s largest and most well-respected home builders. She has been involved in the transaction of some of Metro-Vancouver and the Fraser Valley's most unique and special properties.
Completing her Bachelor’s Degree at Simon Fraser University with a major in Communication and minor in Publishing, Kelly is grounded in the knowledge of how important social, technical and traditional marketing mediums are. Understanding that each client’s goals and needs are different, she seeks to understand the client's unique goals and then provide the most effective mix of real estate marketing as well as negotiation techniques to accomplish her client’s desired result.
Kelly is continually taking professional development courses pertaining to Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business. Some of her recent course work includes Agricultural Valuation, Multi-Family Property Valuation, Creative & Critical Thinking: Advancing Appraisal to Strategic Advising, Decision Analysis: Making Better Real Property Decisions, Real Estate Consulting: Forecasting, and Exposure & Marketing Time: Valuation Impacts.
Kelly's areas of speciality include Vancouver's Downtown and West Side neighbourhoods, with particular attention to the UBC, Coal Harbour and Yaletown. She is also very well versed and experienced in the North Shore, Burnaby, SFU, as well as Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, Belcarra as well as premium waterfront and cash-flow/investment properties in the Fraser Valley.
Kelly works with all types of clients from first time home buyers and families to investors and luxury property owners. Kelly is an avid Real Estate Investor, a member of the Real Estate Investment Network (R.E.I.N), a frequent attendee at various real estate investment seminars run by Ozzy Jurock and the Real Estate Action Group (R.E.A.G) and loves to help her clients "financially plan" and achieve their dreams through real estate.Kelly’s ability to successfully market her clients' properties or aid them in acquiring properties is only the starting point of how your experience will differ.
