While inventories overall at Univercity are fairly high right now...85 listings in total...there seems to be a lack of the most popular types of homes.  In particular, well priced 2 bedroom condos at Harmony and both 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses at Serenity are few and far between.  I just listed number 73-9229 University today.  It won't be up on MLS until Wednesday, so if you are interested, please call the Go Team at Dexter Realty.
